Am I Big In Japan, or am I Shit In Japan?
I can tell from the number of comments being left that loads of people are reading this blog, so the laws of probability dictate that at least one of you probably speaks Japanese, and can translate this clipping taken from a copy of MENS NON NO Magazine published in 1998:
well, i don't speak japanese, but i'm cool enough to have a FRIEND who does and he tells me that the big word to the left of your head means "unique." the caption is about cool student hairstyles in London, many of which resemble that of john lennon. i guess that undercuts the "unique" bit, doesn't it? there's no mention of your name specifically, but it does say that you're 20 years old. so you're definitely not shit in japan, but i guess i can't say based on the article that you're big in japan either--it's more like your hairdo is.
